Enterprise applications & business transformation
Connect the systems that run your business — and make them work as one.

The real problem
The challenge is not adding another application. It is making the business work across them.
Stock, cost, order and invoice reconciled once — not rebuilt every month.
What we do
Six business areas where connected applications change how the organisation performs.
Finance & Performance
- General ledger, multi-entity and consolidation
- Cash, receivables and collections control
- Management reporting generated from the system
Sales & Customer Operations
- Pipeline, quotation and pricing control
- Customer service and contact centre
- Field service scheduling and completion
Supply Chain & Manufacturing
- Procurement and commitment visibility
- Inventory, landed cost and margin
- Production, quality and maintenance
Projects & Service Delivery
- Project budgets, cost capture and WIP
- Resource and utilisation planning
- Progress billing and revenue recognition
People & Digital Work
- HR, payroll and regional compliance
- Collaboration, documents and approvals
- Knowledge where the work happens
Data, Apps & Automation
The reporting layer, the integrations and the applications that close the gaps standard products leave behind.
- Analytics and governed reporting
- Workflow and process automation
- Low-code apps, connected to the core
Technology ecosystems
Technology selected around the operating model — not the other way around.

The deepest ground we cover: finance, operations, customer and workplace in one estate

Broad connected coverage, quickly

Modular strength in operations
Connected, in practice
The systems you keep matter as much as the one going in.
One operational record, not four partial ones
Interfaces with an owner and an error path
Reporting that reads the same numbers everyone else does
The gap filled beside the core, not inside it
Integration scope is established during discovery. What stays, what goes and what connects is a decision taken with you, not an assumption we arrive with.
Services
From requirement to operational adoption.
Advisory & Health Check
ERP Implementation
Process, solution design, configuration, testing and cutover owned as one accountable engagement.
Application Integration
Data & ERP Migration
Extraction, cleansing, repeat trial loads and reconciliation against control totals finance recognises.
Project Rescue & Recovery
An independent assessment of a stalled programme, followed by a recovery plan we will deliver if asked.
Support & Continuous Improvement
Hypercare, managed service and a release cadence so the platform improves instead of quietly ageing.
Industries
Sector context is what turns a product into a solution.
Project commercial control, procurement commitments and billing in one view.
Inventory movement, landed cost and margin visible to finance in time to act.
Production, quality and maintenance connected to real unit cost.
Point of sale, stock and customer activity reconciled to the ledger.
Engagements, utilisation, time and cost through to accurate billing.
Leasing, renewals, collections and owner reporting on one operating platform.
Illustrative use cases
What a connected operating environment changes.
Use case A
Bring project commercial control, procurement and billing into one operating view.
Use case B
Turn inventory movement into finance and margin visibility.
Use case C
Give service teams the customer context they need before they arrive.
Illustrative scenarios. They describe typical scopes and outcomes and are not accounts of named client projects or verified results.

Why NSD Enterprise
What clients keep us for.
01
Business-first thinking
02
Cross-platform capability
03
Process and implementation discipline
Defined stage gates, a testable definition of done, and a cutover plan written long before cutover week.
04
Integration across the operating model
Interfaces to the systems that stay are designed alongside the core, not discovered during testing.
05
Structured delivery and governance
Decision control, data readiness, business readiness and adoption tracked as deliverables in their own right.
Ecosystems
Microsoft, Zoho and Odoo configured, extended and supported by our own consultants — not subcontracted on.
Accountability
Discovery through managed service. No handover to a delivery unit you have never met.
Delivery control
A testable definition of done at each gate, agreed before the next stage is funded.
Region
VAT, WPS, multi-entity and multi-currency treated as core scope rather than a late change request.
Before you enquire
The questions we are asked before the first meeting.
How do you decide between Microsoft, Zoho and Odoo?
On process complexity, scale, regulatory load and how much of your operating model is genuinely distinctive. Multi-entity finance, regulated reporting and deep customer or field-service process usually point to Microsoft. Broad functional coverage at speed points to Zoho. Specific, hard-to-standardise operational process — particularly in manufacturing and inventory — often points to Odoo.
The selection is an output of the discovery work, not an input to it. If a platform is already chosen and it is defensible, we will implement it and say so.
Platform selection · Discovery · Fit-gap
How long does an ERP implementation take?
A single-entity finance and operations core on Business Central or Odoo is typically a matter of months rather than weeks. Multi-entity, multi-country or manufacturing-heavy scopes run longer, and the difference is almost never configuration — it is data readiness, process decisions and the availability of the people who know how the business really works.
We phase deliberately: a core that goes live and is trusted, then the extensions. A programme that tries to deliver everything at once usually delivers the reconciliation problems first.
Phasing · Data readiness · Cutover
Can you take over an implementation that has stalled?
Yes, and it is a meaningful part of our work. We start with an independent assessment of the solution design, the data position, the integration inventory and the decisions that were never actually closed — then give you a recovery plan with a costed route to a usable go-live.
The assessment stands on its own. If you would rather your incumbent partner delivered the recovery plan, that is a legitimate outcome.
Project rescue · Independent assessment
Do we have to replace everything, or can you work with the systems we keep?
Most estates keep something — a payroll engine, a trading platform, a customer portal, an industry-specific tool. Those interfaces are designed alongside the core rather than discovered in testing, and each one gets an owner, an error path and a reconciliation.
Replacing a system that works is rarely the cheapest way to fix a reporting problem.
Integration · Coexistence · Reconciliation
What happens after go-live?
Hypercare while the first period closes, then a managed service with a release cadence. The point of the cadence is that improvements have somewhere to go: without one, the backlog turns into a second project eighteen months later.
Support covers the applications, the integrations and the reporting layer — the same team that built them.
Hypercare · Managed service · Release cadence
Do you handle UAE-specific requirements such as VAT and WPS?
Yes. VAT treatment, WPS payroll files, multi-currency, multi-entity consolidation and free-zone versus mainland entity structures are treated as core scope from solution design onward, not as a localisation task bolted on before go-live.
VAT · WPS · Multi-entity
How do we keep the platform improving after go-live?
With a release cadence and a visible backlog. Improvements need somewhere to go, or they accumulate until somebody proposes a second project eighteen months later to clear them.
A small standing capacity delivered every quarter beats an occasional large one: it keeps the backlog credible and stops the platform falling behind the business.
